PROJECT SUMMARY

LOCATION – LOCATION – LOCATION: The Property is located at the center of abundant demand generators within a 2–5-mile radius including: The Moody Center (UT Basketball & Concert Stadium), the University of Texas, Dell Children’s Hospital, Downtown Austin, Convention Center, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUX), SXSW Convention, Waterloo Amphitheater, Q2 Stadium, Darrell Royal Memorial Stadium (UT Football), and JJ Pickle Research Center.

Radisson Hotel Austin – University was the former name of the project before ASAP acquired it in 2022. It is located at 6121 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78752, USA. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation and is expected to reopen in 2025.

ASAP is a reputable company specializing in investing in branded hotels in the United States. Over the past 14 years, ASAP has successfully transacted 35 hotels valued at $2.3 billion. CEO Frank Yuan is a well-known hotelier and successful entrepreneur. He has founded two commercial banks, two property insurance companies, and established the Fu-Jen University Foundation.

The project is located in a TEA area, and EB-5 investors need $800,000 to apply for green cards for their entire family. The project offers a preferred equity position to EB-5 investors.

CAPITAL STRUCTURE

The total project funding is $91.75 million, comprising:
  • $47.75 million in equity from the sponsor (52%)
  • $4 million from the C-PACE fund, supported by the U.S. government, dedicated to projects that promote water and energy conservation and environmental protection (14.9%)
  • $40 million in secured senior debt (43.6%), which is expected to be replaced by EB-5 investor loans

  • Project Management Fee: $80,000
  • Loan Term: 5 years + 1 + 1 (Investment return of 0.25% per year. After the investment period, investors can exit by refinancing or selling the investment)

Frank Yuan – Chairman and CEO of ASAP Holdings has extensive experience in International Trade, Banking, Insurance, B2B Internet Commerce, Commercial Real Estate, and Capital Markets. Since 2010, he has overseen the acquisition of over 35 hotels in the United States and has collaborated with institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.

Frank Yuan – Founder and CEO of ASAP Holdings

Frank Yuan is the founder of the Fu-Jen University Foundation in the United States, United National Bank, EverTrust Bank, Northwest Title Insurance Company, and National Title Insurance Company ServAmerica. He successfully listed the B2B Internet trading company “Cyber Merchants Exchange,” specializing in selling surplus foreign apparel to discount retailers such as Burlington Coat Factory and T.J. Maxx. He has also supported numerous companies in going public on OTC, Frankfurt, and Singapore exchanges.

Mr. Yuan organizes the biennial ASAP Supply Expo, which invites foreign apparel manufacturers, traders, U.S. importers, chain retail stores, and major retail buyers.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taiwan and an M.B.A. from Utah State University.
